Accumulation. The word itself has a bad reputation, we like simple things, clear situations. We want to believe that there is some universal key, with which we will be able to open, explain the most complicated mysteries. This is an ungrateful process, which constantly engages our consciousness and imagination. However, the process of accumulation is inseparably bound with life. Inevitably, we accumulate things, subjects of experience. I attentively watch billboards, cut forms out of magazines and packages. These subtracted beings, used in a different context, link the past with the present in an irrational way. We associate more often with reproductions of people in papers or television than we meet real human beings. A face seen on a poster becomes familiar. This mode of viewing the world is well-known to us. The acquainted code of visual information gives us the opportunity to easily change the perspective of looking.
